Sanderson's Scotland Whisky

The most appealing barrel tones accented by peppery spices, high fruity esters and dark fruits, in a lush, creamy body. Glen Moray was operational until 1910 when it Sanderson's was closed. Elegant and refined, with theose classic Auchentoshan notes of vanilla and almonds. By combining Malt Whisky with Grain Whisky, which has less pronounced characteristics, the demand for a whisky that is milder in flavour and more suited to the conditions of modern life can be met. That said, it does lack a pinch of character though, especially in the aftertaste. Handling the sales and marketing for such an exceptional spirit is both an honour and a great personal pleasure, such is its quality. When we founded Westland Distillery in Seattle, we had a vision for an Sanderson's entirely new category of whiskey. And this brings us back to vatting with whiskey: For Sanderson's large whiskey distilleries with a signature flavor, the only way to achieve this flavor (when the fact of the matter is that every barrel of whiskey ages slightly differently from the next) is to mix together multiple barrels of whiskey. Haig Pinch and Dimple are the upmarket brothers of Haig Gold blended whisky but with an age statement of 15 years and a heavier malt influence of whiskies from Glenkinchie and Linkwood.

Unique finish that lingers until the next day unless you sneeze or brush your teeth. Aged in Sherry casks and bottled un-chill filtered at about 93 proof, Glengoyne 30 boasts a rich flavor profile, highlighted by notes of clove, black cherry, nutmeg and orange marmalade.
