Here’s a little wordless Wednesday treat for you. My dad recently went to a park and snapped some photos of a squirrel. Very friendly little guy, even came up to him.
If you’re looking to add color to your garden and don’t know where to start, you could begin by looking in the garden itself. There are so many colorful creatures in nature, take a look around and see what you can discover. You may just end up finding your color scheme in your own back yard.

Last year we bought ladybugs to get rid of pests in our garden and of course I went nuts taking pictures of them. The cool thing is that they came back this year.
Wordless Wednesday. (Almost)
Here are some candid shots of our garden visitors during the past couple of years.
I believe butterflies are one of the greatest joys that come from having a small garden. Aside from being pretty they give you a peaceful feeling when watching them fly around. Attracting butterflies is not a difficult thing to do if you create the right conditions. Continue reading…
